On Monday, 16th of November 2020 and Tuesday, 17th of November 2020, I was busy planning lesson for the following weeks. It was already the tenth week of my practicum journey. It seemed very boring actually since I only got to work from home. The enjoyment and excitement to see the kids with their cuteness were gone, totally gone. I could not see those cute faces anymore. However, I still can see and watch they kids on the social media. They

On Wednesday, 18th of November 2020, I gave a task for the pupils. They were asked to watch a YouTube video, and record a video based on the video that they have watched. Ammar Ruzain was always the first when it came to sending works on the WhatsApp group. It maybe was because his mother is also a teacher in my school so she is always aware with her son’s online works. I think it is very important for the parents to always monitor their children’s work because some of the kids were totally being ignorant and did not take the task as important as they should.

The next following day, Thursday, 19th of November 2020, my mentor asked me to go to school because there was a short rehearsal and decorations setup for the ceremony. I came to school at 9 A.M. and started to help them with decorating the venue. The ceremony are going to be held virtually in SEKATA’s Computer Lab. There will be only some of the teacher and of course, Cikgu Alimuddin in the lab later on. We decorated the venue and hung a banner for the ceremony.

On Friday, 20th of November 2020, it was just another rehearsal for the ceremony. I had to join because my mentor wanted to use my laptop as the main camera for Cikgu Ali’s retirement ceremony.

On the day of the main event, Saturday, 21st of November 2020, I went to school as early as 8:00 A.M. While waiting for everyone to arrive, we arranged the food for Cikgu Ali and stuff like that. Alhamdulillah, everything went very well. We could see CIkgu Ali’s happy face. He received many retirement presents especially from his pupils. However, I did not get the chance to take pictures with CIkgu Ali.
